I am your Architect; Pixifox is my infrastructure. Building a media company from the ground up taught me firsthand the chaos of scaling without proper infrastructure. I learned that creativity requires a foundation of rigorous operational logic.
The Shift to Systems
What started as an internal necessity became my core competency. I discovered I was more passionate about building the operational engines that allowed the creative work to happen than I was about the creative work itself. The pivot to ERP consulting was a natural evolution of focusing on the underlying mechanics of business success.
